For the sake of accuracy

I commented below that the Red Sox had a higher team payroll than the GDP of a small African nation. Because I'm a stickler for accuracy, and because it involved baseball and numbers, I thought I'd find out just how much higher Boston's opening day payroll of $143,026,2141 was than various GDPs.

The Boston Red Sox's 2007 opening day payroll is higher than the GDPs of the following countries2:

Tokelau ($1.5 million)
Niue ($7.6 million)
Tuvalu ($14.94 million)
Saint Helena ($18 million)
Montserrat ($29 million)
Saint Pierre and Miguelon ($48.3 million)
Wallis and Futuna ($60 million)
Nauru ($60 million)
Falkland Islands ($75 million)
Anguilla ($108.9 million)
Marshall Islands ($115 million)
Palau ($124.5 million)
